Gerente Base Management Prepago Objetivo de la posición: Este rol es clave para garantizar el éxito de la unidad de negocio de prepago, ya que es responsable de recomendar y ejecutar acciones económicas de alto impacto. Maximizar el Customer Life Time Value (CLTV) de la base de prepago mediante: Principales responsabilidades
- La gestión del portafolio de productos y ofertas de prepago, proponiendo ajustes a atributos como precios, recursos y periodos de validez.
- Asegurar que el portafolio sea competitivo y esté alineado con la posición y estrategia competitiva.
- Proponer nuevos productos que maximicen el valor de la base.
- Monitorear continuamente el rendimiento de la base de usuarios para identificar oportunidades que maximicen el CLTV y riesgos que puedan afectarlo.
- Diseñar los casos de uso de end-end para maximizar el CLTV de la base de prepago. Esto incluye segmentaciones, propuestas de valor, eventos, canales y periodicidad.
- Trabajar en coordinación con las diferentes áreas de la organización para asegurar que las acciones sobre la base de clientes se ejecuten adecuadamente.
- Monitorear los cambios en el entorno que puedan implicar riesgos u oportunidades.
- De 3 años o más de experiencia como gerente, preferiblemente en el sector Telco y/o Industrias o compañías afines, consultoria, que combine aspectos comerciales, de desarrollo, diseño de oferta y retención de clientes. Experiencia defendiendo y presentando iniciativas a nivel C-Level y/o VPs y/o Directores.
- Experiencia liderando equipos y proyectos interdisciplinarios
- Capacidad para simplificar y optimizar procesos, productos y esquemas
- Alto foco en orientación al consumidor y experiencia en análisis del mismo.
- Profesional en carreras administrativas, ingenierías y/o Económicas.
- Maestría en ciencias económicas, ingenierías, mercadeo o áreas afines. (Deseable).
- Nivel de inglés: Avanzado
