Chief Salesforce CPQ QA

We are seeking a Chief Salesforce CPQ QA to head our team of testers, ensuring the quality of our Salesforce environments. In this role, your main responsibility will be leading the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks, ensuring comprehensive coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements. You will review software requirements, translate them into detailed test cases, provide accurate defect reporting, and communicate promptly with project stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution. Using your deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and functionality, you will conduct security testing, such as penetration testing, and use tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar tools for automated testing.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks using tools specific to Salesforce environments
• Review software requirements to translate them into detailed test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements
• Provide accurate defect reporting and prompt communication with project stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our Salesforce environments
• Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and knowledge in Salesforce testing and quality assurance

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce testing and quality assurance
• 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and functionality
• Experience with automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar tools
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
• Ability to review software requirements and translate them into detailed test cases
• B2+ English level proficiency

• Awareness and capability to conduct security testing, such as penetration testing
