PROPOSITO DEL ROL

Contador especializado en contabilidad general, reporte financiero para los procesos de contabilidad y gestión del capital de trabajo, activo fijos, cumplimiento de normas contables y estatutarias.

DESAFIOS DE LA POSICIÓN

• Elaboración de estados financieros locales y reporte corporativo.
• Participar en las actividades de cierre de fin de mes, cierre de fin de año.
• Elaboración y análisis de informes, reportes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, incluyendo BS, P&L, Flujo de efectivo, con su respectiva documentación adicional que sea requerida.
• Revisar e interpretar los requisitos, normas y reglamentos de información financiera.
• Ayudar a ejecutar controles SOX.
• Atención a requerimientos de auditoría externa e interna.
• Elaboración de reportes a entidades de control como SuperSociedades, DANE, DIAN, secretaria de Hacienda, etc.
• Cumplimiento de políticas contables y procedimientos corporativos y locales.
• Análisis, revisión y registro de asientos de diario, incluyendo impuesto diferido y de renta, depreciaciones/amortizaciones, provisiones, reconocimiento de ingresos, etc.
• Apoyar el proceso de impuestos, incluyendo análisis de información, presentación y pago de las declaraciones.
• Participar de forma proactiva en todas las actividades definidas conforme al cargo y rol, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST, procurando el cuidado de la salud y seguridad, logrando así el cumplimiento de lo de definido en la política de la Compañía en esta materia.

Experiencia y educación

• Conocimientos en la normatividad fiscal y tributaria local.
• Control y administración de inventarios, activos fijos, contabilidad Inter compañías.
• Experiencia previa trabajando en la industria farmacéutica.
• 4 años de experiencia ejecutando y gestionando procesos en el área financiera.
• Contador Público.
• Nivel medio de ingles.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Accountant specialized in general accounting, financial reporting for accounting processes and working capital management, fixed assets, compliance with accounting and statutory standards.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Preparation of local financial statements and corporate reporting.
• Participate in month-end closing activities, year-end closing preparation.
• Analysis of reports, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including BS, P&L, Cash Flow, with their respective additional documentation that is required.
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.
• Assist in executing SOX controls.
• Attention to external and internal audit requirements.
• Preparation of reports to control entities such as SuperSociedades, DANE, DIAN, Ministry of Fi-nance, etc.
• Analysis, review and recording of journal entries, including deferred and income tax, provisions, revenue recognition, etc.
• Support the tax process, including information analysis, filing and payment of tax returns.
• Proactively participate in all activities defined according to the position and role, within the framework of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System SG-OSH, seeking health and safety care, thus achieving compliance with what is defined in the Companys policy in this matter.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Education

• Knowledge of local fiscal and tax regulations.
• Control and management of inventories, fixed assets, intercompany accounting.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 4 years of experience executing and managing processes in the financial area.
• Public accountant Degree.
• English level: B2
