- Bachelor’s degree in administrative careers, and/or other related discipline and MBA is needed or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in sales, specifically in financial sector.
- Preferred 5+ general business work with experience on sales of solutions about lending business and background in Financial Sales Services is preferred.
- Knowledge about the credit reporting industry or international business planning experience would be a plus.
- Must be proficient with Power Point and the Office Suite of applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including 100% fluent in English and Spanish

Impact Youll Make:
We are looking for a dynamic individual who will develop and execute business development strategies for top clients to ensure growth and achieve of revenue objectives within our Financial Sector. The individual will be the lead in securing additional an incremental in revenues in one year. The individual must be able to drive the highest level of client service and improve relationships in the process. The individual must build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and transformational business opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving the annual revenue target for his/her targeted “high opportunity” client base, prospecting and find new opportunities with current clients.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.
- Be the face for the most part of the company with key accounts.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with all key account players, including an understanding of their purchasing criteria.
- Provides sales coverage for accounts with significant potential.
- Engages subject matter experts to collaboratively identify, sell, close and manage prospects.
- Mentors’ other associates on sales techniques, tools and best practices.
- Consistently demonstrates a high level of competency in key skills and behaviors (e.g. consultative selling, prospecting, and solution development).
- Displays advanced industry knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making and communication skills including a perfect command of English and Spanish.
